When connecting you with mechanics in our network, we act as a referral platform -- the mechanics are independent, licensed service providers. We vet all network mechanics for licensing and insurance, but we are not the direct service provider for referred repair work. For our own consulting, diagnostics, and inspection services, we are the direct provider. All mechanics in our referral network are required to hold valid California BAR registration and carry appropriate insurance.
